Update through April 29, 2005
The first phase of the elevator install is complete. The balance of items now needed in the elevator shaft will be completed and then remaining work on the elevator will be performed. Painting is underway in restrooms and many areas in the northwest addition as well as accent painting and door frames. Most ceiling grid has been placed and most of the electrical fixtures have been hung. In the south parking lot, the first layer of asphalt is down. Sidewalks in this area have been poured. Work on the underground utilities in the northwest turnaround area is completed as of this date. Final grading and preparation prior to the installation of the surface for the northwest turnaround should take place next week. Plumbing and electrical work continues throughout the building.

Update through April 22, 2005
In the south addition, the millwork has been set. Flooring is installed as is ceiling tile. Fire alarm wiring is underway in this area also. Work has started on setting the bathroom fixtures. Millwork is being installed in the existing building and should be completed in the next few days. Flooring will follow that work as it is completed. In the northwest addition, the lower level ceiling grid is installed in the corridor. Installation of glazing in the interior doorways is starting. Prime painting is mostly complete. Work has started on the elevator installation. On the upper level, technology and communication wiring continues in the corridors. Sheetrock taping and floating is nearly complete and some prime painting has taken place. Framing for the ceiling in the lobby area has been installed. Site work has been on hold the last week due to wet weather, curbs are all poured in the south parking lot and most utilities and electrical work have been installed. Paving for the south lot is ready to start as soon as the site dries. In the northwest turnaround, rough grading has taken place. Some of the utilities have been installed, with some left to install and relocate. As weather improves, this will be finished and paving will take place. The goal is to get these areas finished so that seeding can happen in early May.

Update through April 8, 2005
Curbs are being poured for the south parking lot. Sidewalks in that area are scheduled to be started early next week and paving is scheduled for late in the week. Grading and prep are underway for the northwest parking. Final block work is in process on the northwest entrance. Carpeting and tile work is now underway in the new south addition and will then move into the existing building. Drywall is continuing on the second level of the northwest addition. All millwork is now on site and installation is underway in the south addition. All doors and countertops are also on site. Plumbing and electrical work continue, primarily in the Mechanical Rooms. All major equipment has been set and now needs to be connected. At this point, all is looking good for an on time opening.
